Recovery Avenue (RAVE) : Recovery focused drop-in center for adults living with mental illness. Located in La Crosse and staffed by Peer Specialists and/or Peer Mentors to provide support and information on the recovery process. No cost. NAMI: Non-profit dedicated to improving not only the lives of individuals with mental illness, but of the entire family. Monthly meetings held in La Crosse. A variety of family educational and support programs are offered. No cost. No requirement to join NAMI. Visit: www.namilacrossecounty.org

Solstice Warmline: The Warmline is a Wisconsin based telephone service answered by people who have lived experience with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues and who are trained to support people during tough times. Available Monday-Friday, 4pm - 10pm; Saturday & Sunday, 2pm - 10pm. (608-422-2383)
Hopeline: The Hopeline is a Wisconsin based text messaging service available to provide support and to help prevent crisis situations from developing. Text "hopeline" to 741741.
